Return & Exchange Policy
We want that our clients feel 100% comfortable with their purchase, so if it is not what you expected, you have:
- up to 7 days, counting from the day you received it, to return the product;
- up to 15 days, counting from the day you received it, to exchange the product to another one available in store (the new product will be send just after the company receive the product that client wants to exchange);
- in both situations are EXPECT SELECTED PRODUCTS (that can't be exchanged or returned);
- the shipping cost of exchanging or returning the product is paid by the client.
To make the exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the invoice received.
Once Hobe has been notified of the incident, the client must carry out the procedure within 7 days.
The refund will be made in your bank account or credit card within 30 days.
